Swedish Massage: A relaxing and gentle massage using light to medium pressure. Hot stones are optional within your Swedish massage to add extra warmth and stress release.  A full-body Swedish session usually requires an hour.  An upper-body Swedish session can usually be completed in a half hour.

Deep Tissue Massage: A customized therapy session using medium to firm pressure along with stretching and breathing techniques as needed to help reverse tightness, soreness and pain due to muscular dysfunction.  After a brief interview, we will attempt to discover possible sources of any muscular pain and discuss the use of trigger point techniques,  PIMR (post isometric muscle release), and body reading (posture analysis).  A full-body deep tissue session usually requires 60-90 minutes.  An upper-body deep tissue session usually requires a full hour.

Pregnancy Massage: A gentle and relaxing session with a focus on maximum comfort. Plush pillows, bolsters, wedges and a special massage table are used to position the expectant mother in a comfortable reclined position.  Massage during pregnancy helps to reduce the effects of stress, relieve backaches and other pains, and increases the flow of oxygen and blood within the body.

Couples Massage: A couples massage can be experienced by any two people who wish to receive a massage in the same room, at the same time.  Each person can have a customized session with their respective therapist. Both male and female massage therapists are available for couples massage.  Several days advance booking is required for this type of session.   60-minute session… $150.00

Four-Hands Synchronized Massage: Two coordinating massage therapists use gentle and flowing massage techniques to deliver a Swedish massage with balanced and synchronized motions.   Several days advance booking is required for this type of session.  60-minute session… $170.00  (Available Starting Spring of 2012. Massage Additions: Choose to add on one or more of the following…

Hot Stones… Available at no additional cost. A great addition to any Swedish or Deep Tissue session. Hot stones are great tools for adding extra warmth and relaxation to tight and sore areas, and are valuable in delivering heat and pressure to deeper muscle layers.

Hot Towel Hand/Foot Wraps… Available at no additional cost. Towel wraps can be moist and/or dry and are so soothing for cold hands or feet.

Aroma Therapy…$5… Quality essential oils are added to your massage creme to delight your senses and enrich your massage experience.

Massage with Interlude…$15, $20, $30…  Before you proceed with the remainder of your day, enjoy your own personal recess immediately following your massage. Relax fully into your peaceful state of mind & body by enjoying a quiet sleep session of 30 minutes ($15), 40 minutes ($20), or 60 minutes ($30). Advanced notice is required for this add-on.  Please request upon scheduling your appointment.

Foot or Hand Scrub…$15 (choose feet or hands), $25 (feet & hands)…  Before your massage, enjoy a salt water soak and an invigorating scrub for your hands or feet.  The exfoliating treatment will help remove dead skin build-up leaving your hands/feet feeling softer, cleaner and refreshed. Please request upon scheduling your appointment.
