Tuesday Evening 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Wednesday 1215pm (no classes until further notice)

This mid-day class will feature gentle stretching, breathing, and meditative techniques. No yoga clothing is needed. This one is suitable for office attire. Pants are recommended.

Saturday Morning 10:30 am - 11:30 am

All Classes are Suitable for Beginners

La Luna Wellness Studios’ Yoga & Fitness Studio is located at 5131 Post Rd. Dublin, OH (First floor, at the NW corner of bldg)

Yoga: with origins from ancient India, today Yoga is a popular exercise program that includes physical poses and mental exercises with the goal of strengthening one’s core muscles, increasing flexibility, learning effective breathing techniques, facilitating the flow of energy through the body, and learning to use meditation as a tool for personal well-being.

Please use the following form to pre-register (RSVP) for our Yoga Classes.  Until further notice, all classes are on a drop-in basis, $10 cash at the door.
