Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Emma graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2004 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.  Having always led an active life, she soon discovered she wanted to share her passion for a healthy lifestyle and wellness with others.

Emma is a Certified Spinning Instructor through Spinning Mad Dogg Athletics.  She is a Certified Yoga teacher through YogaFit in Levels 1 and 2 and Pre/postnatal.  Emma is also a Certified Personal Trainer though ACE (American Counsel on Exercise) and has completed her 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor training through Yoga On High.

Her newest endeavor is at the The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City where she is studying Holistic Health.

Health Coaching is a unique, exciting innovation in health and nutrition.  As a Health Coach, Emma has studied all the major dietary theories and will help you discover what approach works best for you at this point in your life.

Rather than dwelling on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, she works with her clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.

No one diet works for everyone. Emma will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. She will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.

Dianne Kadonaga is the owner of Naga Yoga, a environmentally-friendlyyoga studio, teaching yoga, healthy living classes based on Ayurvedicprinciples, and workshops incorporating green or eco-friendly ideas into everyday living.  For 12 years, Dianne was director of Arjuna Movement Arts, a multicultural educational institution in Columbus, Ohio, dedicated to the development and support of self-cultivative disciplines such as yoga, t’ai chi, and other movement practices, which she founded with her husband, Ernest Choi.

Dianne is fascinated by the workings of the body and incorporates her medical knowledge in occupational therapy and study of Alexander technique and other somatic disciplines in her practice and teaching of yoga.  From her work has evolved a series of Experiential Anatomy
workshops which she teaches nationally, for yoga practitioners, athletes, musicians and performers to hone their efficiency and
freedom of movement.  Using a yoga-based approach, she also developed continuing education courses for healthcare professionals to increase
their own kinesthetic awareness which could be applied in their treatment and healing of various medical conditions such as
back pain or knee injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, anxiety or depression, headaches.

Currently, Dianne is a soccer mom to her son, Sam, and is based in Atlanta, Georgia, where she offers private lessons.  Her personal practice is Isha Yoga which she studies at the Isha Institute for
Inner Sciences in
Tennessee with Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev of India.  She offers freely from her experience and hopes others can play with the ideas and see what evolves for them. diannekadonaga@gmail.com
